  11. Dauphin DTR-1 - modem detecting problems

  13. Last year we purchased a Dauphin DTR-1  FCC ID: HL3DTR1, Serial
  14. A5G19006878
  15. P/N 10M0289 from a large Mart here in Denmark. They have no support
  16. and we
  17. therefore contact you with our problems.

  19. We have installed the programs Trumpet Winsock and Eudora for E-mail.
  20. We click on
  21. the modem icon to active the modem. Then we call the Trumpet program
  22. and after
  23. that Eudora. Dialing up with Trumpet the program says: Can't find
  24. modem. We are
  25. experienced in setting up modems, Internet connections etc.
  26. A DOS communication program called Terminat works OK, but the program
  27. can't set
  28. up the internal modem automatically.
  29. The WINFAX program works OK too.
